About Tani Dulay

Tani is CEO of Woodbourne Group plc, a Real Estate and Venture Capital group based in UK. He is leading the built environment’s response to climate change and is the visionary behind Curzon Wharf, a £360m, world’s first mixed-use net zero carbon ready development spanning 1m sq ft, creating over 1000 jobs, 490m of new and improved walking and cycling routes and boosting the economy by at least £151million.

Curzon Wharf will be built to tackle the greatest challenge of our lifetime, climate change. It will pave the built environments route to delivering transformational change to the industry and inspire others as to what can be achieved, worldwide. The plans have been designed after over five years of consultation with stakeholders and has involved the skilful acquisition of a number of properties and land parcels to amalgamate the current site; a testament to Tani’s innate ability to engage influencers, originate and syndicate deals.
